“ CALIENTE FESTIVAL HISPANO” is a one day event for celebrating and sharing the folklore, gastronomy, and heritage of twenty Hispanic countries within the London Community. The Hispanic community is the largest and fastest growing minority group in London . ‘Caliente Festival Hispano' will take place at VICTORIA PARK on JULY 4th, 2009 . We invite the community, as well as, all businesses and entrepreneurs to participate and contribute at this wonderful display of culture and heritage.

‘ Caliente Festival Hispano ' is looking for energetic and enthusiastic volunteers who would like to share their passion for the Hispanic culture, music, dance, gastronomy, and heritage. We offer volunteer opportunities in a variety of areas and schedules. Volunteers may provide a one day commitment supporting, and helping in the different activities during the festival such as: logistics, promotional material distribution, among other activities. In addition, this is an excellent occasion for High School students to fulfill part of the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) Community Service Requirements. Bilingualism (English-Spanish) is an asset, but not required.
